Purchases

All purchases at Pastelly are final sale. No returns. Exchanges are allowed with a 14-day notice before the event date, upon supply availability for the exact theme and decoration. (Ex: blue- colored bouquets are exchangeable for new color bouquets. Not acceptable to interchange with a new decoration. Ex: Bouquets for centerpieces)

Delivery

  1. Online shop customers. All deliveries paid for are non-refundable. Customers who need a change of address may do so 48 hours in advance. The items will be placed on hold and a new time and date will be placed upon availability. If the address exceeds the previous distance, the customer must pay the difference before the delivery. If the client wants Pastelly to transfer the decor to another location, a fee for pick up and drop off will be required.

  2. Decor and Event planning customers. All deliveries paid for are non-refundable. Customers who need a change of address may do so 14 days in advance or at their earliest convenience. If the address exceeds the previous distance, the customer must pay the difference the day of address change. If the client wants Pastelly to transfer the decor to another location, a fee for pick up and drop off will be required.

Event Decor Credit

Decor by Pastelly allows a credit hold towards events that have been rescheduled due to including, without limitation, acts of God, unexpected weather changes for outdoor events ONLY, explosions, governmental actions, invasion or civil unrest, national emergency, delay in obtaining display, or power outage. If you qualify for any listed above, you are entitled to a credit toward your future event. A full credit will go towards the future date if the client has provided 14 days or more notice of cancelation or rescheduling and no custom designs have already been created and no special items have been bought. Credit applies towards rental pieces such as and not limited to:

  • Backdrop walls
  • Chiara boards
  • Column stands
  • Centerpiece stands
  • Cake pedestals
  • Linens
  • Tables and chairs

  • Shimmer walls
  • Marquee letters
  • Hoops
  • Area rugs
  • A frame welcome flower box sign
  • Easels

The same policy applies for “day of event” cancelation notices. There are no refunds or credits towards customized decorations and/or edited rentals created and worked on prior to the event date, such as and not limited to

  • All balloon decorations bought, inflated and/or altered.
  • Vinyl decals printed, cut and/or placed on rentals.
  • Custom centerpieces created specifically for the client’s event.
  • Paper goods stationary, goodie bags or boxes etc.

A credit may be placed for all items that have not been worked on, opened, or used towards the decoration for the event. Any decorations already made will be given to the client and no refunds or credits will be applied. Any amount that exceeds the credit will have to be paid by the client according to our contract terms. Credits expire in a year.

Event decor Credits do not apply to the following customers who have NOT paid their full balance. Service fees and deposits are non-refundable.
