Our delivery fee starts at $35 and depends on the distance of your location from the warehouse.
Install Fee:
For large on-site installs, there is an installation fee of 20% plus assistance hire, if needed.
Rush Order:
Installs outside of our business hours will have a $100 fee added. Last minute orders (within 3 days from event date) and same day balloon delivery will be charged a rush fee.

Installation time varies based on the scale and complexity of the design.
All inflating is done ahead of time to reduce installation time; our goal is to keep it to under an hour whenever possible!
Given the intensity of the design for your event, we will be able to determine an appropriate time
for completion ahead of time to plan accordingly.
If you have a preference of time, please let us know and we will try to accommodate. While we try our best, we cannot guarantee.
If you need your order at a very specific time or very early in the morning, we recommend having the install done the day before your event.
We use only the highest quality balloons and materials, however, some may pop or deflate sooner than anticipated. We cannot guarantee your balloons will last once they have been delivered or picked up. Environmental factors, including weather, heat & direct sunlight, children, pets, different surfaces, car conditions, and foliage can jeopardize the lifespan. Anything popped during set up or our transport will be replaced. Balloons installed indoors or covered and out of extreme weather will stay in great condition.
Under proper conditions, garlands will last up to several days or weeks. Anything helium filled can only be guaranteed up to 24 hours. We always recommend anything with helium be delivered the day of your event/celebration.
All of our balloons are 100% biodegradable and made with the highest quality latex and foil mylar on the market.
We advocate smart balloon practices; keep balloons secure by weights and do not release in the air. Properly dispose of balloons once they are popped or deflated.
