The sooner, the better! You can always request a last-minute installation if we are available for your date, but an inconvenience fee will be applied at checkout. Give us at least two to three weeks before your event to make sure that everything will be exactly the way you want.

Yes, we offer convenient pick-ups! Simply schedule your pick-up during checkout in our Balloon Shop online, and collect your order at Pastelly LLC. 930 Albany Shaker rd, suite 104 Latham, NY 12110

Our company is based in Latham, and we provide our services mostly in the Capital region and beyond. Including Saratoga Springs, Schenectady and Troy. Need delivery outside of those?

Delivery:
Our delivery fee starts at $15 and depends on the distance of your location from our production studio.
Install Fee:
For large on-site installs, there is an installation fee of 20% plus assistance hire, if needed.
Rush Order:
Installs outside of our business hours will have a $100 fee added. Last minute orders (within 3 days from event date) and same day balloon installations will be charged a rush fee.

Installation time varies based on the scale and complexity of the design.
Some jobs will have balloons inflated ahead of time or inflated on site.
Our goal is to keep the quality of our installations up to par with all of our clients and brand!

If you have a preference of time, please let us know and we will try to accommodate. While we try our best, we cannot guarantee.
If you need your order at a very specific time or very early in the morning, we recommend having the install done the day before your event.

We use only the highest quality balloons and materials, however, some may pop or deflate sooner than anticipated. We cannot guarantee your balloons will last once they have been delivered or picked up. Environmental factors, including weather, heat & direct sunlight, children, pets, different surfaces, car conditions, and foliage can jeopardize the lifespan. Anything popped during set up or our transport will be replaced. Balloons installed indoors or covered and out of extreme weather will stay in great condition.
Under proper conditions, garlands will last up to several days or weeks. Anything helium filled can only be guaranteed up to 24 hours. We always recommend anything with helium be delivered the day of your event/celebration.

All of our balloons are 100% biodegradable and made with the highest quality latex and foil mylar on the market.
We advocate smart balloon practices; keep balloons secure by weights and do not release in the air. Properly dispose of balloons once they are popped or deflated.

Online Orders: $40 minimum.
In-Store Purchases: No minimum.
Event Installations: $500 minimum for custom balloon installations and larger-scale event décor. This minimum does not apply to helium balloon orders.

Online: Visit our Balloon Shop, add your favorites to your cart, and place your order. Once received, we’ll process it, send your confirmation, and prepare your balloons for delivery.
